Tu-Tu Cute

A few weeks back I decided to get crafty! 

I went to Joanne's, picked up some tulle, and made these adorable tu-tu's for my cute nieces!

 I LOVED making them, but not as much as I LOVED taking these photos!

There is nothing like sweet little girls in sweet little tu-tu's 

and I can't wait to shoot with them again!

If I Had...

all the time in the world, 

my pictures from our Spring Break trip to Zions would already be posted.

Alas, I do not have all the time in the world, but we took a lot of pictures. 

We are loving our camera. So much that all I want to do is shoot people, and places, and things. 

And it's not just me. Nate loves it too. When we got back from our trip, he captured this:

It's amazing what a tripod, a remote and a lot of patience can do!

Now that we are back from our much needed vacation, 

I hope to get to know Nikki the Nikon intimately and to share with you our results! 

Oh, and I'll be posting more pictures from our trip - in time!

So Many Pictures, So Little Time...

Apparently May has been the month of planned and impromptu photo shoots! 

This makes me very happy and long for the days 

when I don't actually have to have an actual job... 

but I do have an actual job and it's taking me a little longer 

to get all these shoots wrapped up! 

To those of you who are waiting, you know who you are...
