Beautiful Del Rio Vineyards

Several weeks ago my work held an event at Del Rio Vineyards & Winery!

I've been dubbed the Club Photographer, so of course, I had the camera with me!

It was a beautiful warm summer evening and the Vineyard was absolutely gorgeous!!

Ahh, what a gorgeous place! I distinctly remember saying that this Vineyard
was one of the most romantic places I have ever been -
which is a HUGE compliment because I have been to Europe ;)

... Sweet Axel ... {3 Month Pics}

Meet Axel. Super handsome baby boy and definite future heart-breaker!

As you can see, this little guy has an adorable little smile and I had such a great
time hanging out with him and trying to get these sweet smiles to come out!!

These next few pictures that you will see were very intentionally taken.

They may look like pictures of a sweet boy with a snuggly teddy bear,

but the teddy bear is a very real and very tender representation of Axel's twin brother, Owen,

who passed away near the end of the second trimester. This portion of the session

was very emotional and I did my best to capture the essence of Owen's sweet spirit.

On a more personal note, it has been well over a year since I have had
a session with a baby (or any contact with a baby for that matter)
and I had so much fun interacting and snuggling with this sweet boy!

Photography is so therapeutic for me and it definitely has it's perks!!
